We all understood the strength of the Team. Each of us felt this support, respect and energy from others. And sometimes, running along unfamiliar paths, I felt so safe with the Team. A lot of faith that I will be able to arrange certain things and processes in my head, because if others can do it, so can I. And everything came so easily. The energy with which we started our resilience training each morning continued throughout the day. It was also a time of discovery, because each of us learned something new about ourselves and stronger we can BE now. It’s worth the effort!
