We know movement is good but for me, it was a discovery of how this kaizen “step by step” slow jogging method affected not only my mental power & body shape but decision-making process, self-confidence, building a sense of persistence & right influence for my people – artists, “sensitives” which gave me tips to leading in the unknown. Certainly, Resilience21 as a training was not only an empowering experience for me but also for part of my team, where 40 people, together decided to improve their mental health & emotional condition. I am grateful & highly recommend this transforming experience to all the leaders and their teams to boost energy, creativity, and action!
