WHO IS THIS FOR?
WAKE UP is for the brave
The awake.
The future-fit
You’ll be in a circle of conscious humans in leadership roles – people who hold responsibility, navigate complexity, and want to lead with more depth, not just more speed. It’s for those who lead not just projects, teams, and strategy – but conversations, cultures, and change.
You’ll feel in the right place here if you are:
A business leader, founder, or manager
working with people, products, ideas, or strategy – and seeking fresh ways to access clarity, creativity, and presence. You know that solving complex challenges requires more than just talk – it requires moving ideas forward together.
A regenerative leader, system shifter, or ESG champion
working at the intersection of sustainability, organizational culture, and impact – in B-Corps, Teal organizations, or progressive teams. You believe regeneration and performance go hand in hand – and that KPIs are nothing without connection.
A courageous thinker, impact innovators, change-maker
who wants to exchange inspiration, ask bold questions, share support, and build relationships that go beyond business cards. You value truth, play, vulnerability – and the energy of a real, honest community.
A self-aware human with a daily practice
curious about how body, mind, and leadership intersect. You’ve already started doing the work and you’re ready to deepen it, together.
If you’re called to explore Inner Development Goals, and discover the Resilience21™ way, where embodied leadership, systems thinking, and daily action meet, this space is yours.

Chumpi Washikiat
General Manager, Kapawi Ecolodge Tourist Services Association (ASOSTUKE) Achuar Nation | Ecuadorian Amazon
Chumpi Washikiat is an Indigenous Achuar leader from the Ecuadorian Amazon and a respected voice for the protection of one of the last intact rainforest territories on Earth.
He serves as the General Manager of Kapawi Ecolodge, a pioneering community-owned ecotourism initiative created by the Achuar Nation to protect their ancestral lands while building sustainable economic opportunities for their people.
For the Achuar, the rainforest is not a resource, it is a living system that sustains culture, identity, and life itself. Chumpi’s work stands at the intersection of traditional knowledge, environmental stewardship, and global dialogue on sustainability.
Over the past decades, he has worked as a cultural ambassador and bridge-builder between Indigenous communities and the international community, sharing the Achuar worldview and advocating for the protection of the Amazon rainforest.
In 2025, Chumpi participated in the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30), bringing the voices and perspectives of the Achuar Nation to the global climate stage.
His leadership reflects a powerful combination of ancestral wisdom, community responsibility, and global engagement – reminding us that the future of leadership lies not only in innovation, but also in remembering our relationship with the Earth and with each other.
Together, we’ll guide you through a morning that activates the resilient, present, and wise leader in you.
