8:30–9:00 | Welcome & Purpose of Wake Up

Ceremonial Cacao from the Rainforest, warm connections, and arrival practices to ground your energy.

9:00–9:30 | Leadership Embodiment

A guided flow of conscious movement and breath, accompanied by music, designed to wake up your leadership presence, embodiment, and focus.

9:45–10:45 | Input: Voice of the Amazon - Leadership & Collaboration in Action

A deep dialogue with Chumpi Washikiat and Sylwia Lewandowska exploring leadership through the lens of the Inner Development Goals, with a focus on the dimension of Collaborating. This conversation brings together perspectives from the Amazon rainforest and leadership practice to reflect on trust, shared responsibility, and collective intelligence in times of complexity. This is not theory. It is a living example of how collaboration shapes the way we lead today.

10:45–12:00 | Peer Challenge Circles

Sylwia is the founder of Resilience21™ Leadership Collective, a cross-cultural psychologist, TEDx speaker, and trusted sparring partner to CEOs and executive teams across Europe.

She works at the intersection of leadership, culture, and business performance – helping leaders navigate complexity, unlock clarity, and translate insight into decisive action. With over 20 years of experience, she combines systems thinking, embodied leadership practices, and strategic depth to build organisations that are both high-performing and human.

Laura Brunbauer

Laura is an experienced executive operating at the intersection of strategy, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness. She partners with senior leaders and management teams to translate strategic ambition into structured programmes, aligned execution, and measurable outcomes.

With a strong international background across corporate, technology, and public sector environments, she has led complex transformation initiatives, leadership programmes, and cross-functional projects in dynamic and high-stakes settings.

Her approach combines analytical clarity, structured thinking, and pragmatic delivery – enabling organisations to strengthen leadership capability, align culture with strategy, and perform with consistency in evolving environments.

Chumpi Washikiat

Indigenous leader. Guardian of the rainforest. Voice of the Achuar Nation.

Chumpi is an Indigenous Achuar leader from the Ecuadorian Amazon and a global advocate for the protection of one of the last intact rainforest ecosystems on Earth.

As General Manager of Kapawi Ecolodge – a community-owned initiative of the Achuar Nation – he leads a model that integrates environmental stewardship, cultural preservation, and sustainable economic development.

His work represents a bridge between worlds: connecting ancestral knowledge with global conversations on sustainability, leadership, and long-term responsibility. He has been a long-standing ambassador of the Achuar worldview, contributing to international dialogue, including participation in global climate forums such as COP.

Chumpi’s leadership reminds us that the future of leadership is not only about innovation and growth, but about restoring balance – between people, communities, and the living systems that sustain us all.
